Sharlene Fayers is the founder and CEO of ZAR Recyclers (Pty) Ltd, a pioneering recycling company based in Durban, South Africa. With a lifelong passion for environmental stewardship, Sharlene launched ZAR Recyclers (Pty) Ltd to tackle the growing waste challenges facing her community and to champion circular-economy solutions across the region.

Sharlene envisions ZAR Recyclers (Pty) Ltd growing into a national network of processing hubs that not only reduce waste but also create jobs and uplift under-resourced communities proving that business can be both profitable and planet positive.
